STEPPING OUT OF HER COMFORT ZONE
"I have been saying for 15 years "I am going to start exercising!" I've tried the YMCA, Crossfit, Zumba, and even personal training group sessions. I never made it more than a few classes with each one of those. I went to my first spin class with Angi and she guided me through everything. I was hesitant at first, whether I would even be able to keep up in the class. I am so happy I stepped out of my comfort zone because I love it! Now, I am attending at least 2 (sometimes 3) classes per week!"
