MAKING IT WORK
"I'm working mom who's gone from working out 5-6 days a week down to two. I was frustrated, missing “my time” at the gym and missing my pre baby, in shape, body. I decided I needed to get ahold of FIT, FREE and happy for help. I was totally amazed at how thorough they were with checking out numerous places close by my neighborhood AND my work. They know their stuff!"
TRYING THE UNCONVENTIONAL
"I probably wouldn't be working out today if it wasn't for FIT, FREE and happy. Joining a group training program and even taking Pilates reformer classes were never something I would have signed up for myself. My energy, joint pain and overall health is better for it."
"I get excited to see what FIT, FREE and happy does when it comes to their daily routine. Joining them at various studios and even working out with them at in-person events motivates me a ton! Their programs show me that you're not locked into just going to the gym. There are way more options out there that can make working out fun."
INSPIRED TO DO MORE
"FIT, FREE and happy's positive energy and drive to always push to do more and try different workouts out of their comfort zone inspires me to want to as well."
BACK TO BASICS
"Having a personal trainer has reinforced how much happier I am when I'm working out and moving a few times a week. It's been important mentally as much as physically for me. Having someone there by my side has kept me accountable and I have more energy and just a better quality of life because of it."
STEPPING OUT OF HER COMFORT ZONE
"I have been saying for 15 years "I am going to start exercising!" I've tried the YMCA, Crossfit, Zumba, and even personal training group sessions. I never made it more than a few classes with each one of those. I went to my first spin class with Angi and she guided me through everything. I was hesitant at first, whether I would even be able to keep up in the class. I am so happy I stepped out of my comfort zone because I love it! Now, I am attending at least 2 (sometimes 3) classes per week!"
